The courts are the problem.

Not the only industry in trouble like this. There are many which have one or two underwriters, UK based, who underwrite every broker in the country. Where is the government in all this? A lot of jobs are at stake?

So much for the single market if the only insurer is british. Has anyone tried to get insurance from another EU member-state?
