Acting Department of Agriculture Secretary William Dar visits Commonwealth Market to inspect the price of rice. Dar says they have details on those who are allegedly managing the rice supply: meron na kaming inaaral kung sino potensyal na nagmamanipula. We have the list. pic.twitter.com/pVDiP2WjhZCurrently, commercial rice in Commonwealth Market ranges from P32 to P40 per kilo or higher depending on the quality.“And this is the start na people will be able to buy quality rice at P27.

“I’m not using the word manipulating but they are managing the release. Of course kung nagmamanage sila ng supply sa merkado there is some sort of hoarding,” he said.
