The decision was made at a special meeting on the conferment of Negeri Sembilan state awards at Istana Besar Seri Menanti in Kuala Pilah on Wednesday, its registrar Dr Razali Ab Malik said in a statement today.
“The decision is aimed at preserving the dignity and honour of the Negeri Sembilan royal institution,” he said. Yesterday, the office of Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir refuted a claim by the company that he is their patron.
