I was once affiliated with a Wall Street investment firm as a Series 7 registered representative and board member. Engagements typically include market research, due diligence, expert witness, strategic planning and growth capital raises. Typical clients are aviation manufacturers, suppliers, service providers, private equity and other consultancies. I serve the Transportation Research Board on the business aviation, helicopter, commercial airline and UAV system subcommittees. Flying since age 16, I hold a private pilot license with an instrument rating.
