I used to shop primarily at Sears in the late 90s thru 2007. It was a great value if you needed decent tools and clothing, and home appliances. Something went horribly wrong when Kmart was tied around its neck.

I honestly liked going to Sears, where as I only go to Walmart when I need to. It was obvious that Walmart figured out that pricing was more important, than the customer experience. The funny thing is that most businesses are moving back to improving their customer experience.
