British model superstar Jourdan has been hitting the catwalk since being discovered in 2006 at the age of 15. She says she now has the confidence to call out brands that pay her less than her white peers.

The 30-year-old beauty – who has fronted campaigns and walked catwalks for brands including Prada and Maybelline – says she has been paid less than white models when working on the same projects.
