Silenced No More Act makes it illegal for firms to prevent employees from speaking out about harassment or discrimination

Human Resources is there to make sure lawsuits don't happen. And since the legislation was needed, it is clear they are ill-equipped to address and deal with racial hate inside corporate culture. It starts with their boss.
