NEW: U.S. federal appeals court issues a stay freezing President Biden's efforts to require companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against Covid-19 or be tested weekly.

A Tyson Foods team member receives a COVID-19 vaccine from health officials at the Joslin, Ill., facility on Feb. 19, 2021.WASHINGTON - A U.S. federal appeals court issued a stay Saturday freezing the Biden administration's efforts to require workers at U.S. companies with at least 100 employees be vaccinated against Covid-19 or be tested weekly, citing"grave statutory and constitutional" issues with the rule.

The White House declined to comment on the ruling, and referred questions to the Labor Department, where spokespeople did not immediately respond to a request for comment. The action on the private-sector vaccinations was taken under the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration's emergency authority over workplace safety, officials said. The rule applies to 84.2 million workers at 1.9 million private-sector employers, according to OSHA.

WEAR A MASK AND GET VAXED! STOP THE SPREAD.

Isn't that just lovely!

Good. We do not need mandates just as we don’t need governors telling women that they can’t have an abortion. Stop the dictatorships.

Isn’t America supposed to be a democracy? If someone chooses not to get vaccinated, they have no choice but to follow established covid protocols, like wearing a mask to avoid losing their job. Same “choice” goes for women, the right to choose what to do with their own body.

Well, it's illegal so...
