it is the job of intelligence to stop attacks before they happen and especially on national key points, says Professor at the Wits School of Governance, Antony van Niekerk.

Van Niekerk says it is the job of intelligence to stop attacks before they happen and especially on national key points.

“I want to point out that we have many national key points of which some really stand out. Our airports, for example, the seat of government in Pretoria, Tshwane, theitself a source of national communication and broadcasting, these are places that you would assume are being protected without us even thinking about it. It is the purpose of the security sector and intelligence to do that,” says Van Niekerk.

In the video below, Dr Jakkie Cilliers, the head of African Futures and Innovation at the ISS, discusses South Africa’s state security and intelligence services:Ramaphosa has described as concerning the acts of vandalism at the Constitutional Court in Braamfontein, Johannesburg. A 36-year-old man has been arrested after he allegedly used a hammer to smash windows at the Constitutional Court buildingsRamaphosa says he’s yet to be briefed by the relevant Ministers on the matter but says it’s a real concern for the country.

“Well, I’m still to get a report on that and the Ministers are looking at it. I mean it’s really concerning but they are going to investigate and we will find out exactly what happened there.”

The big question is,does SA have intelligence,if yes, where are they, who are they? Chief justice office was broken into, July unrest, now Parliament, where is this intelligence and who are they?

Is this really news? Kante what are national key points? What makes them NKPs? That's the starting point. The rest is simply noise. We've incompetent ppl running around claiming they are ready to govern. Period.

I know we all probably must have heard about Bitcoin but don't know how it works, I tried it in a week ago by a man who recommended me to Leticia_thomas3 on Twitter He guides me through and i made a return of R15500 after a week of trading, connect with him

But what no one's talking about derilition of duty by Speaker and Secretary of Parliament. Why did security not work on holidays and weekends in their watch? That's the question. They must account as intelligence can't be everywhere even for basic security reasons like this

Intelligence is busy fighting factional battles within the ANC.

Vele someone didn't do his job
