killianwoods Why would apartment blocks have child care facilities? Someone might ask why an old folks meeting area also isn’t provided.

killianwoods Why would a development of 1 bed apartments with mainly single occupants require a creche? The proposed 1,600 unit development at Clonliffe Road faced an avalanche of opposition yet provided creche facilties and playgrounds. It's almost as if creche provision isn't the problem...
