The coronation of the amaZulu King Misuzulu kaZwelithiniIn a statement, AmaZulu traditional prime minister Prince Mangosuthu Buthelezi says this has been necessitated by the recent tragic floods in KwaZulu-Natal and Eastern Cape.In a statement, Buthelezi says he was asked by AmaZulu King Misuzulu kaZwelithini to convey the request for the postponement to President President Cyril Ramaphosa, who the agreed with the decision.
He says the new date will be announced after consultation with His Majesty the King, the Royal Family and the President. Buthelezi further states that the Royal Family is also mourning the loss of five members who died when their house collapsed.
