I've downsized and I've never looked back simply because I've no room to turn my head.

Since UA is the hot topic at the moment, it might be worth mentioning that in Ukraine, citizens' right to housing is enshrined in its Constitution and the aim of the Govt is to meet such with steady supply. How many other countries have this in their Constitution?

Look at who is in charge.... dies it look like they are capable of dreaming up with and implementing anything that is any way beneficial to anyone but themselves and their 'friends'.
