Buy your house about 1 to 3 years after the stock market bottoms out. Buy the cheapest house in the best neighborhood you can afford.

Especially if you build or buy in an area below sea level....in a natural tornado area....near a fault line..around a floodzone....THINK about your area BEFORE YOU BUY !!!!!!!!!!!!

A new bill would block lawmakers from buying and selling individual stocks while in officeTwo recent trading scandals, one involving a Republican congressman from New York and another involving former Rep. and one-time Trump administration Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price, helped inspire the bill's creation. I don't have a problem with this at all. They don't need to ban them. Just make them public. Like enter them in the congressional record or something Lawmakers should be banned from trading stocks.
