Playing video games competitively can rake in some serious dough.

According to the study, Canadian gamers earn three times the average net salary of $70,386.06. Dota 2 is the country’s highest earning game with competitor Artour Babaev raking in $3,299,971 playing the game.

Two countries — Jordan and Malaysia — share the top spot. Jordan has higher average player earnings and net annual salary when compared to Malaysia .The previously mentioned Dota 2 is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game that is featured in many esports tournaments. In the study, it occupied 70% of the top-10 results.
