And then I kind of looked around and was like, OK, so now I’m supposed to do this for another 30 years before I retire? So, basically, pandemic summer 2020, I had a four-year-old daughter and she was like ‘It’s summer, it’s hot, mommy, I want an inflatable pool.’ So, I went to your big box store, got the inflatable pool, got in it with her and she was so happy.

Melanie McNamee in a Lykke pool: “I think the pandemic kind of like ushered me onto a new path and one that I maybe was meant to take.”And you know, you worry, like, what if it fails.

And then when we packed up, we moved to Calgary briefly, but then we started reading about Edmonton and we found it was more our pace.
