Becca Millstein went from negotiating brand deals in the music industry to dealmaking with fishing companies and canneries for her brand Fishwife

In the two years since launching, Goldfarb has shifted to focus on her entertainment career, so Millstein has stepped into the role of CEO and sole full-time employee.
