Other than dental, drug and vision coverage, the survey says the most important benefits to small business employees are hospital coverage critical illness insurance , diagnostic tests , long-term disability , and health practitioners .

JaneCStevenson I remember as a teenager 30 plus years ago even a minimum wage job had a pension and benefits that was always part of the package and then slowly but surely over time no pension then no benefits but still minimum wage
