A two-bed flat has gone on sale for £10,000 - but is filled with rubbish, including a sink full of washing-up.
A half-used bottle of washing-up liquid can still be seen by the sink and plates have been dumped in the kitchen sink. The two bedrooms are described as 'generously sized' and the living room, which includes a couple of electric heaters, is said to be large. AHS touts that similar flats on Cochran Street have recently sold for between £79,000 and £93,000 - making this look like a particularly lucrative opportunity.
Mandi Cooper, managing director of Auction House Scotland said: "Close to various amenities, transport links and Paisley town centre, this flat would be perfect for a developer or first-time buyer looking to get stuck into a renovation project and offers a fantastic opportunity to add value."
Why would someone buy that?
