It’s like I’m a naive character from Saved by the Bell absolutely gobsmacked that there are people who don’t immediately expect the consequences of their bad behaviour to crash down on them.Real estate agents steering clients without pre-approvals — in this case, newcomers to Canada — to homes well beyond what they could afford.
