The building, which is positioned between two of Silicon Valley's biggest office campuses, was bought by Blue River Technology Inc., a part of farm equipment giant Deere & Co.

Representatives of Toeniskoetter and Blue River did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Located at 3303 Scott Boulevard and completed in 2016, the office building has three stories of office space and a bottom-level parking garage. It was previously occupied by Seres Inc., an electric car maker owned by China's Sokon Group. Seresin 2019.

Blue River subleased the building, which sits between Santa Clara Square on the other side of Bowers Avenue and the Campus @ 3333 on the other side of Lakeside Drive, in July, Knight said.
