TOKYO : Japan's MS&AD Insurance Group Holdings Inc will slash 6,300 jobs, or about 16 per cent of its group workforce, in the domestic insurance business by March 2026, the Nikkei business daily reported on Tuesday.
The company aims to slash personnel costs and boost productivity through the use of information technology amid a rise in payouts for natural disasters, the paper said.
