According to guidelines drawn up by the Institution of Structural Engineers and the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, the recommended width for a parking space is 2.4 wide by 4.8m long.Photos in the listing show a muscle car squeezed into the space, leaving barely any room for someone to exit.
