"People don't stop. They do not stop," said Evers. "The cars that come down here go at least 80 miles an hour. When it's snowy and icy, I'm petrified they're going to come in." After the crash, the driver never stopped, but workers were able to get the license plate number and file a police report. It's been a constant problem for the 15 years they've been in business, according to Evers. She says after multiple complaints to the city, they did install a crosswalk sign but no street markings. But that could change, soon.

speed bumps

The place needs large target balls along their sidewalk

no laughing matter. Plenty you can do. use a camera. Threaten the city fathers with a lawsuit.

at least Reckless driving. possibly Reckless endangerment. FELONY. use the cam. press charges.

The entire section between Water and Delaware Ave, bounded by Washington and Snyder, is completely out of control. The woman was killed at Tasker and Delaware just last month. Shame on PhilaStreets. Awful department.

This could be considered criminal intent. Throw them in jail

Philly drivers are the worse!

Or ya know. You could let the Police do their jobs. Wait. That’s crazy talk.
