Former Fort Worth Mayor Betsy Price and two others have joined the executive of a real estate private equity firm focused on multifamily and industrial investments.

The three offer decades of combined experience in commercial real estate development and investment, finance, banking and business development, according to a news release.

“Overwatch continues to flourish through our investor and sponsor partnerships. We are now invested and continue to actively invest in Dallas, San Antonio, Corpus Christi, South Texas, Austin, Nashville, Tennessee, South Carolina and Oklahoma with several more opportunities on the horizon,” said, Overwatch chairman and CEO, in a prepared statement. “Even with a possible slowdown in the economy, we are preparing for growth.
