Why are they waiting for the Asian market to open would be my first question. Of course everyone knows that Ivanka Trump doesn't have to worry about China tariffs because her company has been exempt.

To get around it, I think Master and Visa should open a subsidiary like Visa China and Mastercard China.

Holding foreign financial institutes like Visa and Mastercard hostage hurts both countries's businesses and consumers.
