Alcott Station business park, which began in 2020, is planned for more than 1.6 million square feet once fully developed.business park, which sold its first buildings in 2021 to New York-based investor KKR. CBRE Group negotiated the sale of Alcott Station to BentallGreenOak.

“We began discussion with Mesquite three years ago and are incredibly grateful to the city for embracing the vision of Alcott Station and for entrusting us with the opportunity to bring the project to life,” Adam Herrin with Urban Logistics Realty said in a statement. “BentallGreenOak was a tremendous buyer.”

CBRE’s Randy Baird, Jonathan Bryan, Ryan Thornton, Nathan Wynne and Eliza Bachhuber handled the sale. Terms of the Alcott Station purchase were not disclosed.
