The Midsayap Cluster-1 received equipment for the barangays of Central Labas, Kapinpilan, Malingao, Mudseng, Sambulawan, Tugal, and Tumbras, while Cluster 2 received equipment for Damatulan, Kadigasan, Kadingilan, Kudarangan, Nabawalag, and Olandang.
