Bensch has 26 years of experience in the technology industry, with leadership roles in complex ICT businesses across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Bensch then joined Oracle as a Senior Director, where he also served as the Vice President and MD of Oracle South Africa.Bensch remained in this role until 2017, after which he took on his current executive position at Sage. He details the findings of this research, such as the biggest challenges South African SMBs face and their business confidence levels.
