The article seems counter-intuitive. Low supply normally means prices go up....not down. If prices are going down, it is not a supply issue - it is all the other uncertainty - or they are basically overpriced.

Housing market has been stimulated by debt that can never be paid back. It is only a matter of time before the bubble bursts.
