. Irwin Simon, Tilray’s CEO and chairman, said in an interview Tuesday the company will inherit about 800 people and the brands will maintain their names and local authority.

Now that Tilray owns both a brewery and distillery in Breckenridge, Simon expects the two companies to collaborate on new releases. He also plans to expand Breckenridge Brewery’s distribution footprint to states such as Texas, Louisana and New York where Breckenridge Distillery maintains a strong foothold.
