Arsenal signed Declan Rice, Kai Havertz and Jurrien Timber for a total of over 200 million pounds in the close season which allowed them to play a part in pre-season.
"We have no news on any incomings," Arteta told reporters ahead of Saturday's league opener at home against Nottingham Forest.
