The bread-making industry requires necessary government protection given its crucial importance in the value chain of foods availability to the mass populace

Onuorah said that the association’s Day-Out slated for Thursday, November 9, 2023, would bring together critical stakeholders in the baking industry to map out solutions to the nagging problems of bread baking particularly in view of the economic downturn afflicting the country’s manufacturing sector.
