The walled property has two guest houses, including a century-old former tennis club

A lavish contemporary estate on the Cap d’Antibes in the French Riviera, one of the most affluent enclaves in the country, will be hitting the market on Nov. 1, with price on application.

Regular guests included the likes of F. Scott and Zelda Fitzgerald, he added. Today, the restored former tennis club serves as one of the property’s guest houses, “preserving the estate’s unique heritage and connection to its past,” he said. The center of the compound is the three-story main villa. It’s fitted with a bespoke family kitchen, plenty of indoor/outdoor living spaces and six bedrooms, including a more than 1,000-square-foot primary suite with two bathrooms, walk-in closets and a private terrace.
