Storm was less than impressed with one company's work on her family home as she shared a picture of her two children drawing pictures from condensation on one of her windows

Storm Keating has slammed an unnamed glazing company on social media after being left less than impressed with their work.

Storm posted a picture of her children, six-year-old Cooper and three-year-old Coco, drawing on condensation on a window.She wrote: "Yes glass shouldn’t frost up like this - it’s just that this is a single pane because the other one shattered a few weeks ago in the middle of the night while we were sleeping... The glazing company is trying to wriggle out of replacing it despite promising a 10yr comprehensive warranty. Appalling behaviour.

She said: "We’re concerned that this company do this kind of thing to innocent families all over the UK, families that are less inclined to push back/ know their rights/ or have the ability to engage a solicitor. So out of principal we will get to the bottom of this but have given this company an opportunity to do the right thing without things escalating. We also hope this makes them reconsider how they treat their other customers moving forward.
