It hasn't been long since MLB teams were allowed to wear sponsorship logos on their jerseys, and among the first companies to sign multi-year deals is a tech outfit in the Phoenix area.

With the D-backs' post-season run, the company is also getting some extra attention. FOX 10's Steve Nielsen has more on Avnet, and its CEO.

"I'm like, we're in business to business. Tough to justify," Gallagher said. "I got to give credit to our CFO, Ken Jacobson, who said we got to go talk to these guys. We got to meet them."
