Gauteng Education MEC Panyaza Lesufi says they have invested hundreds of millions of rands in the sector to ensure that learners and their families are supported. “We need proper schools that can cater to our children, quality schools and schools that have facilities and professionals. We have just opened a new school just outside Sandton specifically for this particular sector and other learners with disabilities so that we can provide the relevant guidance that we need.
