HANTSPORT, N.S. — Everything can be traced back to when Jocelyn Wills started sewing beautiful baby shower gifts for others. The recipients started commenting on how lovely and unique her items were, explains her daughter, Katie Evans.
Although they have been sewing and selling for years, the duo really revamped their business last year with a new name. Originally known as Little Munchkins where they focused on things for children, they decided they needed a new feel for the business. As they matured, their product line evolved beyond just children’s items. And so, they rebranded.
MEET THE MAKERS - Focusing on crafts: Crocheting, sewing and sign making also part of creative process for photographer Through their business, Evans and Wills have had the chance to meet many people. As a result, their products have been sent far and wide. When deciding what to make and sell, Evans says they strive to stay current with trends and heed their customers’ suggestions. But ultimately, their creative process is fueled by their own excitement and a commitment to crafting products that enhance convenience for others.
