The couple from Somers Point in Atlantic County were charged last year after an undercover agent was repeatedly sold the business's products from a shopping center parking lot.

Police charged both Donna Shiffler and John Garmen after an undercover detective investigating the pair was sold marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and edible drug products directly, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Shiffler appeared in Atlantic County Superior Court Tuesday, pleading guilty to possession with intent to distribute marijuana, maintaining a production facility, endangering the welfare of a child and employing a juvenile in a crime. Garmen is expected to be sentenced to 10 years in prison, while Shiffler will likely face five years. Garmen is scheduled for sentencing in three weeks. Shiffler is set for sentencing in July.
