Judgment in the Estina Dairy Farm case to be handed down today.

Small scale farmer Meshack Ncongwane, who along with 80 other farmers was supposed to benefit from a stake in the Estina Dairy Farm, walks alongside his cattle on a farm near Vrede, South Africa, April 17, 2019.This comes after the defence teams lamented the delay in being furnished with a five-terabyte hard drive to access the information for them to thoroughly prepare for the trial.

Hellens says had the information been provided timeously, they would have made efforts to be ready if there was a timeous provision.
