The 6,700 square foot, 5 BR, 7BA compound — built in 2021 — hit the market earlier this month, sporting a price tag of $13.5 million,

The residence was built in 2021 by Akim Anastopoulo, a personal injury lawyer. The legal eagle had a brush with national fame in his role as a judge meting out extreme punishments on National Lampoon’s 2004 to 2009 television courtroom spoof series, “Eye for an Eye” — netting him a Daytime Emmy nomination.

This city has been declared America's most hated, again — as Southern spot takes claim as US' most desirable In 2018, Anastopoulo paid $1.93 million for the lot — just across the street from a promenade overlooking the Ashley River — and demolished a 1960s-era residence to build his own dream home.
