Contralesa President, Kgosi Mathupa Mokoena says many South African citizens are calling for the referendum on the death penalty. Mokoena says, “Contralesa condemns the mass killing of eighteen people at Lusikisiki in the Eastern Cape. It is clear that South African citizens are on their own. The rule of law has been eroded.
