Companies that are driven by generative AI operate differently in the following three ways: they prioritize using AI to address customer problems, they break down functional silos and involve employees in problem solving, and they use AI to improve customer experiences rather than just boosting efficiency.

In the age of AI, companies are dividing into the “haves” and “have nots,” with the majority in the latter camp. A recentfound that only 10% of companies have mastered scaling gen AI. But this is not their workers’ fault. In fact, a recentfound that 70% of workers are enthusiastic about the use of gen AI in the workplace.
