Storm Darragh is set to batter Ireland over the weekend

A weather expert has warned that “Storm Darragh means business” ahead of its arrival in Ireland this weekend.

Ahead of the impending arrival of Storm Darragh, the National Directorate for Fire & Emergency Management , Met Éireann and other stakeholders met on Thursday afternoon to discuss the current weather warnings in place. “Most of the country will be impacted by strong winds and everyone should take extra care,” Leonard said.
