The Rylands building, an art deco jewel which has loomed over Market Street since 1932, is set to undergo a big transformation.

The first ten floors will be offices, with the extension accounting for the top four levels. In all, there will be 298,000 sq ft of floorspace — and Mike believes the additional extension is key to guaranteeing the building’s future.
