Senior Constable Kevin King , Constable Josh Prestney, Leading Senior Constable Lynette Taylor and Constable Glen Humphris were killed on the Eastern Freeway in 2020. In November 2023, Connect Logistics was fined $2.31 million and prohibited from conducting any transport activities for one year.
