Busisiwe Mkhwebane has welcome President Cyril Ramaphosa's decision to take her report on judicial reviewhas defended her report on President Cyril Ramaphosa saying she made the determination based on the information she has at her disposal.

The report found that Ramaphosa misled Parliament about receiving a hefty donation for his 2017 presidential campaign from Bosasa.He confirmed his decision to approach the courts in a media briefing in Pretoria on Sunday.

“I have the evidence in front of me, I have the bank statements, I know what amounts were paid to which company, to which individual.”
