This is only in America! We have no such nonsense!

I'm sure we can legislate them out of existence wtf people?

ISPs should provide a switch to users that can block Internet activity from outside the country or from countries that don't control their criminals (i.e. Russia). It wouldn't violate the First Amendment since it would be a user's choice.
