Billionaire Paul Tudor Jones says the stock market is getting a boost from an 'explosive' combination of monetary and fiscal policy.

Billionaire investor Paul Tudor Jones said Wednesday the stock market is getting a boost from an "explosive" combination of monetary and fiscal policy.

"We've got a 5% deficit coupled with the lowest real rates that you can image with the economy at full employment," Jones told CNBC's "." "That's the most unorthodox, and potentially explosive, combination that you can imagine." Jones' comments came amid a record run for stocks as the Federal Reserve takes a stimulative stance regarding monetary policy.

The S&P 500 notched an all-time intraday high in the previous session — breaking above 3,100 for the first time — and is up 5.7% over the past three months through Tuesday's close.
