The Malaysia Basketball Association has apologised for displaying the wrong image of the Malaysian flag during the opening ceremony of the basketball tournament in Kuala Lumpur.
“We hope to solve this case soon and refer it to the Attorney-General’s Chambers for further action,” he said at a press conference at Bukit Aman here today. The investigation is being conducted under Section 504 of the Penal Code and Section 233 of the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998.
