In City_Press Business today: A report released into M1 highway bridge collapse has made damning findings, especially against Murray & Roberts Construction; Zimbabwe is on brink of collapse with up to 2 million people in dire need of emergency food aid

A taste of what you can expect in the Business section this week:A report released by the Johannesburg Development Agency has revealed that the temporary pedestrian bridge over the M1 that collapsed in 2015, killing two people and injuring 19, was kept together by luck rather than engineering skill. The private sector must come to the party

Hlengani Mathebula writes that the time is now for the billions of rands in private sector money to start playing a role in getting the country’s growth rate moving and reducing unemployment. This is not an opportunity that can be missed.A devastating drought in the south of the country, coupled with rolling blackouts and food shortages paint a bleak picture of a country about to collapse. Up to 2-million people are in dire need of emergency food aid.

Zimbabweans will eventually overcome their problems. They are physical and mental strong plus Pres. Mugabe made sure they get the best education. The obstacle is that they are facing a formidable opponents USA & ENGLAND who are manipulating weather patterns which cause a draught.

Yet another example of what was once good in 🇿🇦 (Murray &Roberts) has gone from the ' good, bad and the ugly'

I am deeply worried by the situation in Zimbabwe. There is nothing left there except three things: 1.Mnangangwa and his gang. 2.Riot police and batons plus guns. 3.Masses facing starvation.
